Four standing commissions handle specialized areas of federation policy — each led by a chair who reports directly to the executive committee.
Every akhada we bring under one federation is a promise kept — that where a wrestler is born no longer decides how far they can go.
Commissions are smaller working groups than the full executive committee — made up of coaches, referees, athletes, and outside specialists with relevant expertise, chaired by an appointed committee member or subject expert.
Each commission meets on its own schedule, independent of the full committee, and brings recommendations back for a vote. Commissions can advise and propose policy, but only the executive committee can formally adopt it.
