One federation, twenty-eight-plus states — meet the state coordinators who link every local akhada and club to the national body.
Every akhada we bring under one federation is a promise kept — that where a wrestler is born no longer decides how far they can go.
A state coordinator is BWWA’s point of contact within their state — registering local akharas and clubs, maintaining the athlete database for that state, and organizing state-level trials that feed into national selection.
They also carry information back the other way: flagging grassroots concerns, coaching gaps, or facility needs to the executive committee, so federation policy stays grounded in what akharas actually need.
BWWA currently has designated coordinators across 28+ states and union territories, with new state units onboarding each season.BWWA currently has designated coordinators across 28+ states and union territories, with new state units onboarding each season.
